Reply:Exhibitors must authorize all video and photographs of their booth, equipment and display materials. Should an exhibitor object to his display being photographed (still or in motion), photographs of that display will be prohibited. Show management has appointed Official Photographers to provide commercial photographs of the exhibits. No other commercial photographer / videographer will be admitted to the exhibits unless special arrangements are made with show management.
- What are the admission policies that apply to being on the NPE2012 exhibit floor?
Reply: No person under the age of 16 will be admitted in the exhibit halls during the installation, operation, and dismantling periods. All persons on the exhibit floor must have proper registration credentials. - What halls are available at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) for NPE2012?
Reply: The show will occupy the West and South Halls of the OCCC. - What is the projected attendance for NPE2012?
Reply: The projected number of attendees for NPE2012 is 55,000+. - What is the projected number of exhibiting companies for NPE2012?
Reply: The projected number of exhibitors at NPE2012 is 1,800. - When and where is NPE2012?

- Where do I find hotels for the show?
Reply:Visit the NPE travel section to access the NPE2012 housing block offering the lowest rates available during the show. You will be able to search availability based on rates and/or location, view information on rooms and amenities, and book and manage your reservations for NPE2012.
