• Are photographs and or videotaping allowed on the exhibit floor of NPE2012?
  
  Reply:

  Exhibitors must authorize all video and photographs of their booth, equipment and display materials. Should an exhibitor object to his display being photographed (still or in motion), photographs of that display will be prohibited. Show management has appointed Official Photographers to provide commercial photographs of the exhibits. No other commercial photographer / videographer will be admitted to the exhibits unless special arrangements are made with show management.

• Do I have to attend the Space Draw to select space?
  
  Reply:

  A company representative must be on-site to select space at the Space Draw.  If a company representative is not present, SPI Management will select and assign booth space based on booth selections provided on the company's NPE2012 Exhibit Space Application & Contract.  If booth selections noted are not available, Management will assign space comparable to selections.

• What are the admission policies that apply to being on the NPE2012 exhibit floor?
  
  Reply: No person under the age of 16 will be admitted in the exhibit halls during the installation, operation, and dismantling periods. All persons on the exhibit floor must have proper registration credentials.

• What are the exhibit rates?
  
  Reply:

  The rates set by the NPE2012 Executive Committee are:

  SPI Full Member Discount Exhibit Space Rates
  Up to 400 square feet = $22.50 per square foot
  401 - 1,000 square feet = $21.50 per square foot
  1,001 - 4,000 square feet = $20.50 per square foot
  4,001 or more square feet = $19.50 per square foot

  SPI Service Provider Member Discount Exhibit Space Rates  =  $29.50 per square foot

  Non-Member Rates  =  $38.00 per square foot

• What halls are available at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) for NPE2012?
  
  Reply: The show will occupy the West and South Halls of the OCCC.

• What is the deadline for the Space Draw? And, when and where is it?
  
  Reply:

  The NPE2012 Exhibit Space Contract and deposit must be submitted by November 15, 2010, to qualify for the Space Draw scheduled for January 12 - 14, 2011 at The Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel & Conference Center in Orlando, Florida, USA.

  You are at the right place.  Visit www.npe.org and click on "Become an Exhibitor" - you can view the NPE2012 floor plan and download a PDF of the "Application & Contract" which must be submitted with a 20% deposit by November 15, 2010 to participate in the NPE2012 Space Draw lottery.

• Where do I find hotels for the show?
  
  Reply:

  Visit the NPE travel section to access the NPE2012 housing block offering the lowest rates available during the show.  You will be able to search availability based on rates and/or location, view information on rooms and amenities, and book and manage your reservations for NPE2012.

  Reply:

  Password access to online NPE2012 exhibitor services is provided ONLY to the NPE booth contact for your company. The password provides access to all exhibitor services including information on official show contractors, order forms, booth personnel registration, updating company profiles and show directory listings, and much more.  If you are the booth contact and need the login/password or if you would like to know who the booth contact is for your company, please email exhibit@npe.org and type NPE2012 Password in the subject line.
