NPE traditionally features pavilions from every region of the world with representation from countries such as Austria, Canada, China, Italy, Germany, Korea, Malaysia, Brazil, Portugal, Taiwan and Spain.

NPE2009’s new West Hall will feature education and specialty pavilions dedicated to advancements in the areas of:

Nanotechnology	Bio-based materials
Energy	Sustainability

Exhibitors will have the opportunity to apply for placement within these locations and highlight their technology advancements. Additional pavilions will feature other industry segments, including:

Compressed Air	Processor	Medical	TPE/Rubber
Design	Rotomolders	Moldmaker	Thermoforming

Other technology featured on the show floor will include die design, rapid prototyping, laser centering/etching, CAD/CAM, engineering services and system integration.

Other Features on the Show Floor

Theater – Your 15 minutes of fame!

NPE2009 will feature an Innovation Theater in each hall that will allow your executives to present information to interested buyers and participants.

Showcase – The Plastics Hall of Fame

As visitors enter McCormick Place, they will enjoy a video of the Plastics Industry Hall of Fame, which pays tribute to plastics industry pioneers and their innovations. A technical showcase will feature the product life cycle, from drawing board, to production, end use and into the future. This entrée will launch visitors into the exhibit halls and education sessions in the right frame of mind!

Demo Area(s)

NPE2009 will feature strategic alliances with industry groups, forums, colleges, universities and other institutions that will allow their members the opportunity to showcase their contributions to the industry.

Entertainment Lounges

At the close of the show each evening, visitors will have the opportunity to attend a series of hospitality lounges at the first ever NPE2009 Pub Crawl! Why wait for a cab or a bus when you can spend additional time mingling with industry counterparts and sharing your thoughts on what you witnessed during the day.
