If your company does not send a representative to attend Space Draw, your company’s booth location may be selected for you by a representative of NPE2024.

There are two important steps you need to take to attend Space Draw in Orlando February 27 – March 3, 2023: 

STEP 1: APPLY TO EXHIBIT 

You must complete your application to exhibit at NPE2024 before you can attend Space Draw.

Once you have applied for exhibit booth space, you’ll need to register to attend Space Draw, which is a live, in-person exhibitor-only event where you will select your actual booth location.

Per the NPE2024 Exhibit Space & Sponsorship Assignment Guidelines, Plastics Industry Association (PLASTICS) member companies will select space prior to non-member companies during the NPE2024 Space Draw based on each company’s NPE show history designation.   

Booth assignments will begin with member companies holding the highest NPE show history designation (Member 30) to PLASTICS members with the lowest NPE show history designation (Member 0), followed by non-members with the highest NPE show history designation (Non-Member 30) to non-members with the lowest NPE show history designation (Non-Member 0). For more information on becoming a member of PLASTICS, please contact membership@plasticsindustry.org.  

While it is most beneficial for exhibitors to attend, we understand this isn’t always possible. As such, we offer options to ensure assignment of your company’s booth during the NPE2024 Space Draw: 

• • Authorize a Non-Company Representative – If you know a colleague who will be attending the NPE2024 Space Draw and would like for them to select your company’s booth that is allowed and requires pre-approval by PLASTICS. To assign an authorized representative, please download, complete, and submit this form for approval by PLASTICS. 
  • If you do not have a company representative present at the NPE2024 Space Draw, NPE staff will select your company’s booth during your designated time based on the information provided on your company’s NPE2024 Space Application.
