How many exhibitor personnel badges does an exhibitor get?

All primary exhibitors receive a complimentary badge allotment based on the size of their booth. One (1) badge is provided per 100 square feet, with a minimum of seven (7) complimentary badges. For example:

10’ x 10’ booth (100 sq ft) 7 badges
10’ x 30’ booth (300 sq ft) 7 badges
40’ x 50’ booth (2,000 sq ft) 20 badges

How much do additional exhibitor badges over my allotment cost?

Additional badges beyond your allotment are $30 each for PLASTICS member exhibitors and $50 each for non-member exhibitors. Note: All registration purchases are final.

How and where do I register for exhibitor badges?

Exhibitor registration will launch in September and will be accessible through the Exhibitor Resource Center.

When and where can I pick up my badge?

Badges can be picked up on-site beginning Friday, April 30. Registration and badge pickup locations are in the South and West Buildings of the Orange County Convention Center. Please note that badges are not mailed in advance of the show.

What information will be printed on the badges?

All badges will include the following details:

  • • First and Last Name

  • • Job Title

  • • Company Name

  • • QR code

  •

You can edit badge details from the Registration dashboard accessible through the Exhibitor Resource Center when registration is open.

Badge Size: 4”x6” with a double-clip lanyard.

I paid for an additional badge, but that team member can no longer attend. Can I cancel the badge and receive a refund?

All registration purchases are final and refunds are not available. However, the badge may be reassigned to another member of your team at no additional cost.

Can I register myself and/or my team on-site, or do I need to register in advance?

On-site registration is available; however, we strongly recommend completing all registrations before you arrive. Pre‑registering helps ensure a faster badge pickup process and a smoother on-site entry experience.

What do I need to pick up my badge?

Bring your registration confirmation email (printed or on your phone). The QR code in the email will be scanned on-site to print your badge. If you don’t have the email, you can search by company name or first and last name at the registration desk.

What is Material Handling/Drayage?

Material handling (drayage) is the process of receiving your materials or equipment either at the Advance Warehouse before the show or at show site. The service includes delivering to your booth, removing empty containers for storage during the show, returning the empty containers to your booth after the show, delivering your materials back to the loading dock, and loading on your outbound carrier for outbound shipping.

For more information and official shipper information, please access the Exhibitor Resource Center.

What is a Material Handling Bundle?

A Material Handling Bundle is a simplified pricing method for material handling charges. Instead of billing by individual shipment weight, costs are calculated using a standard pounds‑per‑square‑foot formula based on your booth size and the total weight of your shipment. This bundled approach is designed to make material handling costs more predictable and easier to budget for. For more information and to order a Material Handling Bundle, access the Move-In/Move-Out Logistics resource section in the Exhibitor Resource Center.

What happens to my empty containers during the show?

After unpacking, label your empty containers using the Empty labels available at the Freeman Service Center. Freeman will remove the labeled empties from your booth and store them securely during the show. Containers will be returned to your booth at show close for repacking. Please note that empty return is scheduled and may take several hours, so plan your teardown time accordingly.

What are the height regulations for booth displays?

Booth height limits and display measurement rules vary by booth type. For detailed requirements, please review Appendix A: Booth Types, Dimensions & Display Measurement Rules.

Is floor covering mandatory?

Yes, floor covering is required for all purchased exhibit space.

Can I bring my own floor covering?

Yes. Exhibitors may bring their own floor covering, provided it covers the entire purchased exhibit space. If you are shipping your own carpet, consider shipping it to the Advance Warehouse so your flooring is at your booth when you arrive to set up. Get in touch with the Freeman team to discuss the advantages of shipping flooring to the Advance Warehouse.

Will there be shuttle bus service from the hotels to OCCC?

Complimentary shuttle service is provided between the OCCC and all NPE2027 designated hotels. An NPE badge will be required to board shuttles (prior to badge pick up a printed or digital copy of your registration confirmation will be accepted). Shuttle routes will be available in early Spring 2027.

Are mobility scooters available for handicapped people?

Yes, Scootaround Mobility Solutions is renting electric scooters and wheelchairs to OCCC guests.

Is there a business center at OCCC?

Yes, the FedEx Office® Print and Ship Center is located in the West Concourse, near Hall C. Additional information is available here: Amenities | Orange County Convention Center.

Is there free Wi-Fi at OCCC?

Complimentary Wi‑Fi is only available in lobby/concourse areas and meeting rooms and does not extend to the exhibit hall floor. If internet access is critical to your exhibit, we recommend ordering internet services. For more information and official provider information, please access the Exhibitor Resource Center.
