New for NPE2027, exhibitors participating in the Space Selection process will have the opportunity to consult with NPE2027 committee members to receive guidance on selecting their exhibit space.

Exhibitor representatives are called up to the Bullpen where NPE committee members and staff will assist in reviewing the booth options available and preparing you for your call to the stage.

Exhibitor representatives are called to the stage for official selection of booth space for NPE2027.

This is where your NPE2027 booth selection will be processed and confirmed. Booth assignments must be signed for by an officially authorized Exhibitor representative.

• Each exhibitor representative will be allotted five minutes to make a booth selection. If a selection is not made within five minutes, the representative may continue to review options until a selection is made while the next Exhibitor is called to the stage.
• A short break will be held following each category, during this time, any Exhibitor assigned a booth may relocate their booth based on space available.
• If an exhibitor representative is not present, NPE Show Management will select and assign booth space to the Exhibitor based on information provided on the exhibit space application. Booth assignments must be signed by an officially authorized exhibitor representative after exiting the stage. 
• No booth space will be divided/split during the Space Selection and Planning event. Exhibitors may combine booths and aisles not designated as “no cross-aisles” upon NPE Show Management approval.
• If selecting multiple booths and aisle space separating booths with a plan to install carpet, archways, or entrance units over the aisles, the Exhibitor must purchase the aisle space.
• Booth spaces selected in combination with aisle space must form a square or rectangle.
• Once a booth is assigned, the Exhibitor is committed to PLASTICS/NPE for the square footage selected and assigned. Should an Exhibitor reduce the space following their booth assignment, the Exhibitor remains committed for the initial square footage assigned.
