Booking through Expovision, NPE’s Official Hotel Reservation Office, gives you access to the lowest available rates across the official hotel block. Complimentary shuttle service is provided for most hotels, with walkable options also available near the convention center.
As the only official hotel reservation provider for NPE2027, Expovision offers:

Reservations require a one‑night room and tax deposit at the time of booking.

Beware of Unofficial Hotel Vendors
Third-party room brokers may falsely claim affiliation with NPE and demand full prepayment for hotel reservations. Expovision is the only vendor officially authorized by Plastics Industry Association to book hotel rooms for NPE2027 attendees and exhibitors. Contact Expovision with any questions or concerns.
Transportation
Orlando International Airport (MCO)
Taxis, ride sharing, and paid shuttle buses are available between Orlando International Airport (MCO) the OCCC (including surrounding hotels).
Shuttle Services
Complimentary shuttle service is provided between the OCCC and most NPE2027 designated hotels. An NPE® badge will be required to board shuttles (prior to badge pick up a printed or digital copy of your registration confirmation will be accepted).
