NPE2027 is accepting speaker proposals through August 14, 2026. Put your work in front of the engineers, manufacturers, and decision makers shaping what's next in plastics.

NPE2027 is where plastics leaders come to evaluate technology, source solutions, and shape what's next. Speaking here puts your expertise in front of an audience that's ready to act on it.

30-minute sessions on one of three themed stages, presented in the heart of the exhibition floor.
Best for case studies, emerging solutions, and big-picture insights that travel across audiences.
Innovation Stage: Automation, AI, advanced processing, additive, and the workforce shaping plastics manufacturing. Best for forward-looking case studies and technology overviews.
Packaging Stage: Design, engineering, materials, and performance across the packaging value chain. Best for market-driven solutions and applied innovation.
Sustainability Stage: Recycling, circular design, material recovery, and scalable industry impact. Best for systems-level thinking and proven sustainability outcomes.

Longer-format sessions for deeper learning, set in a dedicated education space away from the show floor.
Best for technical deep dives, multi-step frameworks, and topics that benefit from sustained attention and audience interaction.
Each speaker proposal must align with at least one NPE2027 content track. Expand a track to see the topics it covers.
Testing, analysis, and evaluation of material performance.

Speaker information, including bio and role
Content track alignment, focus area, and preferred session format and location
Key takeaways or outcomes attendees will gain
Strong proposals share four qualities:
Relevant, timely topics aligned to NPE2027 content tracks
Actionable insights grounded in real-world experience, case studies, or data
Forward-looking perspectives that address industry challenges and opportunities
Clear audience value with practical, take-home learning
Define clear outcomes. What will attendees learn, and how will they apply it?
Anchor in real-world relevance. Lean on practical examples and current challenges within the industry.
Design for engagement. Build in discussion, Q&A, and shared perspectives.
Stay audience-focused. Align content to current needs in the plastics industry.
Keep it educational, not promotional. Avoid sales messaging. Focus more on insights and industry value.
Sessions must be educational, not sales-driven
Content must align with one NPE2027 content track
All proposals are reviewed for quality, relevance, and clarity
NPE staff assign final track and setting, taking your preferences into account
Accepted speakers submit their PowerPoint in advance; details and deadlines provided upon selection
