Who should attend Space Selection?

The person primarily responsible for setting up your company’s booth, as well as anyone authorized to sign the booth space contract.

When and where is Space Selection?

Space Selection will be held March 2–6, 2026, at the Tangerine Ballroom in the West Building at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) in Orlando, Florida.

What are the event hours?

Daily hours are from 8:00AM - 6:00PM. You can view the full event schedule here.

What should I do if I’m unable to attend?

There are several options available. Visit the Unable to Attend page to explore alternatives such as:

- Authorizing a representative
- Using the Concierge Program
- - Having Show Management select your booth

Where should I stay?

Rosen Plaza is the official hotel for Space Selection. You can access our exclusive discounted rate when you book your room here or call 1-800-627-8258 and mention the “NPE2027 Space Selection & Planning” room block. Tuesday, February 17, 2026, is the last day to secure the discounted rate.

How long do I need to stay?

Space selections happen in order based on the group number you are assigned as part of the Space Selection Lottery. Once the lottery results are posted on December 16, 2025, you will be able to see which day and time slot your company will select your booth. Additionally, we recommend allocating enough time to:

• Explore incentives at vendor kiosks
• Attend relevant education sessions
• Join an OCCC walking tour
• Network with fellow exhibitors
• Select your booth during your assigned time slot

How much does it cost to attend Space Selection?

Registration for Space Selection is complimentary; however, advanced registration is required. You can complete your registration here.

When will the NPE2027 floor plan with booth layouts be released?

The NPE2027 floor plan with booth layouts will be released on January 14, 2026.
