INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL AND VISA INFORMATION
For travel from outside of the United States, be sure to review all travel requirements.
- To determine whether you will need a U.S. travel visa, visit the U.S. State Department website.
- If you are a citizen of a Visa Waiver Program country, be sure to apply to the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) before your trip.
- For vaccination and covid testing requirements, refer to the CDC’s FAQ.
LETTER OF INVITATION REQUEST
If your visa application requires an invitation letter, you may generate one automatically through the online registration process. Please email exhibitorservices@npe.org with questions.
Note: Plastics Industry Association cannot send letters directly to a U.S. Embassy or U.S. Consulate offices.
U.S. Department of Commerce Trade Event Partnership Program
NPE2024 has partnered with the U.S. Department of Commerce Trade Event Partnership Program (TEPP). Through TEPP, NPE® works with the U.S. Commercial Service’s offices in U.S. Embassies and Consulates worldwide to bring pre-screened foreign buyer delegations. Additionally, Commercial specialists help international buyers locate equipment and solutions they are looking to purchase at the show and facilitate meetings onsite with U.S. businesses.
