1. Log in to the Registration Resource Center: https://www.xpressreg.net/register/npex0524/xpresstoolkit/login.asp

a. Type in the badge number associated with your registration. This is contained in the confirmation email you received.
b. Type in the email address associated with your registration.

2. Once logged in, click on the “UPGRADE”.

3. Next, click on “Add Additional Items Now”.

4. Then, scroll down past the registration options (or consider upgrading for additional on-site opportunities) and click on “CONTINUE PURCHASE”.

5. On the next screen, check the box for the items you want to add to your registration, such as the NPE Opening Night Party. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “CONTINUE REGISTRATION”.

6. Then, click “Procced to Checkout” and finish processing your order. Your badge will be your entry into these events.

Expovision is the only official hotel reservation office for NPE2024. Hotel reservations will open to attendees on September 12, 2023. Visit npe.org/housing for more information.

SCAM ALERT: Plastics Industry Association (PLASTICS), producer of NPE2024, has received several reports of invalid third-party hotel room scammers contacting our attendees. These hotel booking scammers have no affiliation with NPE2024. Expovision has negotiated the lowest rates in Orlando, FL, for NPE2024 and only requires a one-night room rate plus tax deposit. Any company requiring full prepayment should be viewed with extreme suspicion.

We strive to protect our attendees from conducting business with room poachers. If you are solicited by any group other than Expovision, please contact npe@plasticsindustry.org.

Complimentary shuttle service is provided between the OCCC and all NPE2024 designated hotels. An NPE badge will be required to board shuttles (prior to badge pick up a printed or digital copy of your registration confirmation will be accepted.)

The exhibit hall is open as follows:
Monday, May 6 – Thursday, May 8: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday, May 10: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

All persons in the exhibit halls must have proper registration credentials. Individuals 14–17 years old are permitted in the NPE2024 exhibit halls during show hours under the supervision of an adult with proper registration credentials. If you plan to accompany an individual 14–17 years old into the NPE2024 exhibit halls, please contact registration@npe.org to make the appropriate arrangements. No one under 14 years old is permitted in the NPE2024 exhibit halls.

The show will occupy the West and South buildings of the OCCC.

Exhibitors must authorize all video and photographs of their booth, equipment and display materials. Should an exhibitor object to their display being photographed (still or in motion), photographs of that display will be prohibited. Show management has appointed official photographers to provide commercial photographs of the exhibits. No other commercial photographer/videographer will be admitted to the exhibits unless special arrangements are made with show management.
